The rooms are modern and functional, especially appreciate the non-smoking environment. For those looking to unwind, the game room adds a nice touch.”

fantastic stay!

public transportationperfect locationconvenience storeshuge plus
I felt safe and the convenience to public transportation was a huge plus! the hotel's location was perfect. It was quiet yet still had a lively atmosphere with nearby restaurants and bars (exactly what i needed!). convenience stores are super close. i had no trouble getting to all the attractions i wanted to visit.
the window in my room faced a wall, so it felt a bit like a windowless room throughout my entire stay.
Service

Rooms
8/10

adequate stay with some drawbacks

blocked windowluggage storage
my room had a peculiar layout. it lacked natural light due to a blocked window (it felt a bit claustrophobic). the room design was not optimal for storing luggage and i lived out of my suitcase. the bed firmness was also noticeable.

the room had a peculiar layout, and natural light was limited since the window faced another building's wall.

modern and central

prime locationtrain accessenglish speaking staffstrange layout
The location is really prime. you can reach the best spots in under 35 minutes by train. akasaka has many options for food and drinks. I found it was not as chaotic as shinjuku. the staff spoke english, which helped.
i found the room layout a bit strange, and it felt very small. there were many doors which meant there was not enough usable floorspace. opening a large suitcase was difficult.
Service

staff members were helpful and friendly . they answered my questions and provided assistance when needed. miki at the front desk was very courteous.
Facilities
8/10

small roomhot air
my room felt smaller than i expected, even considering space limitations. the layout was off, with oddly placed amenities that seemed to shrink the space even more. i found the air conditioning wasn't working properly. it just blew out hot air, forcing me to open the window. this let in street noise and smells, which wasn't ideal.
